The following staff support the work of the clinicians at the practice.
Natalie Ker Watson is our practice manager. Natalie manages all the non-clinical work at the practice and works closely with the partners to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Natalie is happy to speak to patients who may have a suggestion or who may be unhappy about an aspect of the care they receive at the practice. You may also write to her at the practice.
Many of you will know Joyce Fordyce who leads our team of receptionists. Joyce is our longest serving current receptionist. She is responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in reception. Joyce is ably supported by Carrie, Natalie, Sam and Harika. As well as making appointments, our reception staff deal with prescriptions, test results, scanning post, booking ambulances and general queries from patients.
We have other staff who work away from the frontline carrying out vital work.
Toni is able to assist with enquiries about referral letters, insurance and other claim forms.
Hasvina deals with all the work that needs to be done when a patients registers at the practice or moves to another area. Hasvina also has the difficult task of opening the mountain of post that arrives at the practice every day.
Marina also works in the practice office. Marina ensures that all the information that appears on patients notes is correct and runs checks that we are providing the best service possible for our patients. She is also a trained technician to do asthma reviews.
